  • Sucking your thumb because you feel nervous.
  • Peeing your pants when you get scared, like when a zombie appears in a dark corner of your house.
  • Having a 'security blanket', teddy bear, or doll for when you feel scared or nervous.
  • A 15 year old screaming and crying (having a tantrum) because her mother told her she could not go to the mall.
  • Throwing your phone at the wall because the person you're texting is making you angry.
